Termination policy: 

Only professional massage services are provided at this massage practice. Massage services will be immediately terminated in the event of inappropriate conduct. This includes: harassment, threatening speech or behavior, and sexual advances or requests.

A session cannot be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated because of these reasons, full payment for the session is still required. Any sexual advances will also be reported to the authorities.

Cancelation policy:

Please give 24hr notice for cancelations or changes to your appointment. All late cancelations and no shows will be charged for the scheduled service.

Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time.
